What this covers
This policy explains what ORVIA Technologies ("we", "us") collects when you use orviaerp.com, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It applies to this website only, not to software we build and host on your own infrastructure.
Information you give us
When you submit the enquiry form we collect your name, organisation, email address, phone number, the service you selected, your budget and timeline indications, and the project description you write. We collect this so we can reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal — nothing else.
Information collected automatically
Our server records the IP address and referring page attached to a form submission as a defence against automated spam. We do not run advertising trackers, behavioural profiling or third-party marketing pixels on this site.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare a written proposal.
- To contact you about the specific project you asked about.
- To meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations once you become a client.
We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you sent an enquiry.
Who else sees it
Your details are visible to the ORVIA team members working on your enquiry, and to our hosting and email providers in the course of delivering those services. We disclose information to anyone else only where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after 24 months. Records relating to active or completed engagements are retained for as long as our contractual and statutory obligations require, typically eight years for accounting records.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, submissions are validated and rate limited, and access to stored enquiries is restricted to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send passwords, card details or identity documents through the form.
Cookies
We set one essential session cookie. It keeps your form submission secure against cross-site request forgery and expires when you close your browser. There are no analytics or advertising cookies on this site, so there is nothing to opt out of.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@orviaerp.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised policy.
