What you get, and why it matters

Orvia Pharmacy POS is our own cloud software for chemists and medical stores. Scan the barcode, take cash, UPI, card or credit, print an 80 mm bill and send it on WhatsApp, while stock, batches, expiry dates, supplier purchases and customer credit update themselves. It runs in the browser on a PC, tablet or phone, supports multiple outlets, and needs no installation or paperwork.

Billing in seconds

Search by barcode or name and the oldest-expiry batch is picked first (FEFO). GST sits inside the MRP, and bills print on A4 or an 80 mm thermal printer.

Never sell expired stock

Batch and expiry tracking with a dashboard warning 30 days before expiry, plus low-stock and out-of-stock alerts at your reorder level.

Schedule H / H1 compliance

Doctor and patient details are required for Schedule H and H1 sales, with a ready register, GST summary and purchase GST report.

Every payment mode

Cash, UPI via Razorpay, card, credit (udhaar) and split payments, with returns and refunds by cash, UPI or customer credit.

Bills on WhatsApp

Send the bill on WhatsApp so customers can view, print or save it as a PDF without logging in. Credit and medicine-refill reminders go the same way.

About Pharmacy Software

What does pharmacy software need at the counter?

A PC, tablet or phone with a browser, plus an optional barcode scanner and an 80 mm thermal printer. There is nothing to install and we help you set up the hardware.

Does it handle batches and expiry dates?

Yes. Every purchase creates a batch with its expiry, the oldest-expiry batch is sold first (FEFO), and the dashboard warns you 30 days before stock expires.

Is it GST and Schedule H / H1 ready?

Yes. GST is included in the MRP, doctor and patient details are required for Schedule H and H1 sales, and the Schedule H / H1 register, GST summary and purchase GST report download as CSV.

Can I move my existing stock into it?

Yes. Import medicines and stock, customers with their credit balances and suppliers from Excel or CSV, or add medicines from the built-in catalogue.

Can customers get bills on WhatsApp?

Yes. Send any bill on WhatsApp so the customer can view, print or save it as a PDF without logging in. Credit and refill reminders can also go on WhatsApp.

Does it support more than one outlet?

Yes. Pro supports three outlets and Enterprise is unlimited, with stock transfers between outlets and reports across the whole business.

How much does pharmacy software cost?

Plans start with a free 14-day trial, then Basic at ₹999 a month, Pro at ₹2,499 and Enterprise at ₹7,999. All plans include unlimited products and bills. Call or WhatsApp us for current offers.

Is my data safe?

The owner can turn on 2-step sign-in with recovery codes, payment keys are stored encrypted, and an owner-only activity log shows who did what, including when Orvia support opened the shop.
