Using this website

By browsing orviaerp.com you agree to these terms. The site is provided for information about our services. You may not attempt to disrupt it, probe it for vulnerabilities without written permission, or use automated tools to scrape it at a rate that affects other visitors.

Quotes and proposals

Prices shown on this site are indicative starting points, not offers. A binding price exists only once we issue a written proposal for a defined scope and you accept it. Proposals are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

Scope and change requests

Each engagement is governed by the written scope in the accepted proposal. Work outside that scope is quoted separately and begins only after you approve it in writing. We do not bill for changes you have not agreed to.

Payment

• Project work is typically billed 40% on commencement, 40% at the review milestone and 20% on handover.
• Monthly services are billed at the start of each month and may be cancelled with 30 days notice.
• Invoices are payable within 15 days. Prices exclude GST and any applicable taxes.
• Third-party costs — hosting, domains, licences, ad spend — are passed through at cost unless agreed otherwise.

Your responsibilities

Projects depend on timely input from you: content, approvals, access credentials and decisions. Where a delay on your side pushes the schedule, the delivery date moves accordingly. You confirm that any content, logos or data you supply are yours to use.

Intellectual property

On receipt of final payment, ownership of the custom code, designs and content we produce for your project transfers to you, along with the source code and documentation. Third-party components remain under their own licences, and we retain the right to reuse our generic tools, libraries and techniques on other projects.

Support and warranty

Delivered work includes twelve months of support covering defects, security updates and minor changes. It does not cover new features, third-party service changes outside our control, or issues caused by modifications made by others after handover.

Marketing results

SEO and advertising outcomes depend on factors we do not control, including search engine algorithms and competitor behaviour. We commit to the agreed programme of work and to honest monthly reporting. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic volumes or revenue, and you should treat any agency that does with caution.

Confidentiality

We treat everything you share about your business as confidential and will sign a mutual NDA on request. We ask for permission before naming you publicly as a client or describing your project in a case study.

Liability

Our total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees you have paid us for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

Termination

Either party may end an engagement with 30 days written notice. You pay for work completed up to that point, and we hand over the work in progress along with the accounts and access registered in your name.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
